Alcoholics Anonymous

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women aimed at supporting the personal recovery and long term sobriety of alcoholics. Members are invited to share their experiences with each other in the hope that they can provide support to one another and help in their recovery from alcoholism.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking and Alcoholics Anonymous preserves personal confidentaility and anonymity.

Alcoholics Anonymous does not carry out medical research related to alcoholism. It aims to provide much needed supprt without judgement, to those who are committed to battling against alcoholism.
