Financial Ombudsman Service
The Financial Ombudsman Service settle complaints between consumers and businesses providing financial services. They were set up by Parliament to act as independent experts to ensure that the financial process and services operate fairly. The service is free to consumers and the Financial Ombudsman can review a wide range of financial matters, from insurance and mortgages to investments and credit complaints.
