Loughton Athletics Club
They offer club training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday night and Sunday forest runs. Members have the opportunity to compete in local cross-country leagues, on the road and on the track. We also have an enthusiastic group of race walkers. They stage our own club championships and host fixtures from our clubhouse at Roding Valley Recreation Ground. Loughton AC caters for beginners, those returning to running, those running for general fitness and those competing at a high standard.
