Oakwood House Nursing Care Home
Oakwood House provides 24 hour support to adults aged between 16-64 with mental illness.
The staff work closely with residents to promote independence and to encourage them to participate in all areas of everyday life. Support covers daily living needs, social activities, nutritional awareness. cooking and financial skills to enable residents to eventually move onto accommodation with less support.
