Clearwater Care provides specialist care services for people with complex needs, autistic conditions and serve learning disabilities. They have multiple residences in the Redbridge area.
Services promote the creation of person centred support plans based on the specific areas of interest and abilities which individuals have that promote their independence, assisting them to develop skills for personal care and daily living and supporting them to make choices whilst also ensuring them that they remain safe and healthy.
Staff have extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and autistic conditions and are skilled in developing models of communication that help individuals to take the lead in creating their own person centred support plans.
