The Dennis Centre

The Dennis Centre provides stimulating activities for Jewish people who have memory impairment and/or a diagnosis of a type of dementia. Facilities include transport, personal care, activities and outings, Kosher meals and support for carers. All participants have their own individual care plan which is developed during the referral and assessment process.
