The Money Advice Service is a free, independent advisory service set up by the government to provide useful financial information and interactive money-management tools.

Work Redbridge

Work Redbridge is a virtual information hub designed to assist Redbridge residents with finding employment, training or volunteering opportunities or explore self-employment. 

It can also help local businesses source business support by bringing a range of information about local providers and services together into one place.

In addition to the Work Redbridge online support, there is a Work Redbridge outreach advisor who is located at various venues around the borough every week.

The outreach advisor can provide information on a one to one basis to help you find information about local providers, updating your CV, advice on helping you get back in to the workplace, finding a suitable training course or applying for a volunteering opportunity.

Community Legal Advice

Community Legal Advice is a free and confidential advice service paid for by Legal Aid. 

Information and legal advice is available on issues surrounding:

FirstStop Advice is an independent, free service providing advice and information for older people, their families and carers about care and housing options in later life. The service is provided by Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) in partnership with other national and local organisations.

Aanchal Women's Aid

Aanchal Women’s Aid is an organisation that supports women and their children by offering a free and confidential advice service for Asian women who are experiencing or have experienced domestic, emotional or mental abuse.

Aanchal helps to rescue, rehabilitate and rebuild women's lives and they aim to never turn women away in their time of need.

Services include a telephone helpline, emotional support, youth support programme, mentoring and counselling. They also provide advice on housing, matrimonial matters, welfare rights, debt and referrals to solicitors.

Redbridge Connexions

The Redbridge Connexions Team provides information, advice and guidance to vulnerable young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), young people at risk of becoming NEET and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. 

They work with young people aged 15 to 19 (up to 25 for those with Special Education Needs and disabilities) who live in Redbridge.
