Redbridge Sensory Services Centre provide specialist services to adults in Redbridge with sight impairment, hearing impairment, people with dual sensory loss/deaf-blind and deaf people.

Welfare Benefits and Money Advice Team
The Welfare and Money Advice Team are committed to assisting Redbridge residents to claim the benefits and credits which they may be entitled to.
The Welfare and Money Advice Team offer the following services:
- They work with the community to raise awareness of benefits, and how to claim them
- They advise clients about the benefits they may be entitled to
- They run weekly surgeries at the Customer Service Centre and ad-hoc surgeries at health facilities around the borough, all surgeries are by appointment only

The East European Advice Centre (EEAC) aims to help socially and economically disadvantaged people of East European origin settle in the UK. They believe that people are often disadvantaged if they face economic, linguistic, or cultural barriers which prevent them from properly accessing mainstream UK services and participating in UK society.
The EEAC provide free, high quality and impartial information and advice. They also promote and enhance the social welfare of Eastern Europeans who are at risk of homelessness and those requiring employment support.
