Support and help for adults

Woodford Court consists of two purpose built bungalows and offers support for up to 12 individuals who have physical and learning disabilities. The accommodation is managed by Ambito Care (Salutem Healthcare Group) and the service aims to encourage choice and independence to enable residents to live a normal, well-rounded life.

With You is one of the UK's largest specialist drug and alcohol treatment charities. They provide a wide-ranging support service to drug and alcohol misusers, particularly young people and their families.   

As well as helping adults and young people to overcome their dependencies and to take steps forward towards recovery, Addaction also helps families to access services which could help them to support and live with an addict.  

Age UK Redbridge, Barking & Havering offer residents over 50 a gardening service. The service includes lawn mowing and edging, spring and autumn care, strimming, weeding and tidying, planting bulbs and shrubs, jet washing driveways and paths, basic fencing, tree care and more.

The required tools and equipment will be provided and you will bear the cost of any specific additional materials.

Women's Aid is a grassroots federation working together to provide life-saving services in England and build a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated. They offer various services, such as a forum (for a community of survivors to talk to one another), a survivor's handbook and an online webchat function on their website.
